Idaho High School Volleyball - Minico tips Bishop Kelly

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Minico Spartans volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Bishop Kelly Knights.

The Spartans (10-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Non Varsity Tournament Opponent (, ). The go into the non-league test with a 48-192 record. In their last test, Non Varsity Tournament Opponent was edged by Evanston (Evanston, WY), 2-0, in a non-league test.

The Knights now own a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Middleton for a 5A Southern Idaho test on Tuesday, September 23. Bishop Kelly will face a Vikings squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Columbia (Nampa, ID). The Vikings record now stands at 12-6.
