California High School Volleyball - Castaic over Calabasas
September 20, 2025: Calabasas, CA 91302 The Castaic Coyotes volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Calabasas Coyotes to 0 in the Coyotes non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Coyotes now have a 12-9 record. They play next when they host Golden Valley for a Foothill outing on Thursday, September 25. Castaic will play a Grizzlies team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Royal (Simi Valley, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 3-17.
With the loss, Calabasas drops to 4-12 on the campaign. The Coyotes travel to Thousand Oaks (Thousand Oaks, CA) to play the Lancers in a Marmonte outing on Thursday, September 25. The Lancers come into the outing with a record of 22-1. Thousand Oaks won 2-1 in their recent non-league outing against Palisades (Pacific Palisades, CA)
