September 20, 2025: Hardin, IL 62047 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Calhoun Warriors (Hardin, IL) and the visiting Westville Tigers (Westville, IL), saw Calhoun's volleyball squad nudge Westville by a score of 2-1.
With the win, Calhoun improves its record to 8-6 on the season. The Warriors travel to Griggsville-Perry (Griggsville, IL) to encounter the Tornadoes in a Western Illinois Valley battle on Wednesday, September 24. The Tornadoes go into the battle with a record of 2-8. Griggsville-Perry lost 2-0 in their recent league battle against Routt Catholic (Jacksonville, IL)
The Tigers now own a 15-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Villa Grove for a non-league battle on Monday, September 22. Westville will encounter a Blue Devils squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Unity Christian (Decatur, IL). The Blue Devils record now stands at 2-9.
