Iowa High School Volleyball - Janesville can't hold off Iowa Falls-Alden
September 20, 2025: Janesville, IA 50647 The Iowa Falls-Alden Cadets held off the host Janesville Wildcats volleyball team by a margin of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Cadets now possess a 11-10 record. They play next when they travel to Algona for a North Central outing on Tuesday, September 23. Iowa Falls-Alden will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Lake Mills (Lake Mills, IA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 11-4.
With the loss, Janesville drops to 13-5 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Wapsie Valley (Fairbank, IA) to play the Warriors in a non-league match on Thursday, September 25. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 13-5. Wapsie Valley lost 3-1 in their recent league match against Union (La Porte City, IA)
