The Ironwood Ridge Nighthawks edged the host Vista Murrieta Broncos volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Nighthawks confront the Tucson High Magnet School Badgers (Tucson, AZ) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 23. Ironwood Ridge will attempt to advance on its 10-10 season record. The Badgers go into the game with a 4-7 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Highland (Gilbert, AZ).

The Broncos (7-10) will now prepare for their outing against Chaparral (Temecula, CA). The Pumas come into the Southwestern outing with a 9-11 record. In their last outing, Chaparral was nudged by Murrieta Valley (Murrieta, CA), 3-0, in a league outing.
