Georgia High School Volleyball - Lovett tips Midtown

September 20, 2025: Atlanta, GA 30327

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Lovett Lions (Atlanta, GA) and the visiting Midtown Knights (Atlanta, GA), saw Lovett's volleyball squad nudge Midtown by a score of 2-1.

With the win, Lovett improves its record to 27-1 on the season. The Lions host Woodward Academy (College Park, GA) to encounter the War Eagles in a non-league test on Saturday, September 20. The War Eagles go into the test with a record of 23-4. Woodward Academy won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Northgate (Newnan, GA)

The Knights now own a 25-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pace Academy for a 4A Area 4 test on Thursday, September 25. Midtown will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Lovett (Atlanta, GA). The Knights record now stands at 19-7.
