Illinois High School Volleyball - Marist can't get by Mater Dei

Mater Dei Monarchs (Santa Ana, CA) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Marist RedHawks (Chicago, IL), 2-1 in a non-league game.

Next up, the Monarchs confront the Corona del Sol Aztecs (Tempe, AZ) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, September 20. Mater Dei will attempt to better on its 15-4 season record. The Aztecs come into the outing with a 15-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Valley Vista (Surprise, AZ).

With the loss, Marist drops to 13-2 on the campaign. The Redhawks travel to Redondo Union (Redondo Beach, CA) to clash with the Sea Hawks in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 20.
