September 20, 2025: Remsen, IA 51050 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the St. Mary's Hawks (Remsen, IA) and the visiting St. Edmond Gaels (Fort Dodge, IA), observed St. Mary's's volleyball team top St. Edmond by a count of 2-0.
The Hawks (8-4) will now prepare for their contest against Bishop Garrigan (Algona, IA). The Golden Bears enter the non-league battle with a 3-7 record. In their last battle, Bishop Garrigan dropped by North Union (Armstrong, IA), 3-2, in a non-league battle.
The Gaels now own a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bishop Heelan Catholic for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 20. St. Edmond will encounter a Crusaders squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Sioux City North (Sioux City, IA). The Crusaders record now stands at 8-8.
