September 21, 2021: Forest City, PA 18421 Montrose Meteors (Montrose, PA) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Forest City Foresters (Forest City, PA), 9-1 in a league challenge.
Next, the Meteors confront the Carbondale Area Chargers (Carbondale, PA) in a Lackawanna 3 challenge, on Monday, September 27. Montrose will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Chargers enter the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 14-0 league loss to Dunmore (Dunmore, PA).
The Foresters now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Dunmore for a Lackawanna 3 challenge on Monday, September 27. Forest City will confront a Bucks team coming off a 14-0 league win over Carbondale Area (Carbondale, PA). The Bucks record now stands at 4-2.
