The Central Grizzlies volleyball team (Fresno, CA), was nudged 3-2 in Tuesday's league challenge with the visiting Clovis Cougars (Clovis, CA)

The Cougars (18-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Buchanan (Clovis, CA). The Bears enter the Tri-River challenge with a 4-13 record. In their last challenge, Buchanan was nudged by Clovis East (Clovis, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Grizzlies meet the Clovis West Golden Eagles (Fresno, CA) in a Tri-River challenge, on Thursday, September 23. Central will attempt to move on its 20-8 season record. The Golden Eagles enter the challenge with a 19-4 record after their 3-1 league win over Clovis North (Fresno, CA).
