The South Point Red Raiders (Belmont, NC) volleyball overcame the host Forestview Jaguars (Gastonia, NC), 3-1 in Tuesday's league outing.

With the win, South Point upgrades its record to 4-7 on the year. The Red Raiders host North Gaston (Dallas, NC) to face the Wildcats in a Big South 3A outing on Thursday, September 23. The Wildcats go into the outing with a record of 2-7. North Gaston lost 3-1 in their recent league outing against Cramer (Belmont, NC)

The Jaguars now own a 6-4 record. They play next when they host Bessemer City for a non-league outing on Wednesday, September 22. Forestview will face a Yellow Jackets squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Huss (Gastonia, NC). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 1-6.
