September 21, 2022: Bergen, NY 14416 Le Roy Oatkan Knights (Le Roy, NY) fans were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Byron-Bergen Bees (Bergen, NY), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Oatkan Knights confront the Pavilion Golden Gophers (Pavilion, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 23. Le Roy will attempt to better on its 5-3 season record. The Golden Gophers enter the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 9-1 non-league win over Caledonia-Mumford (Caledonia, NY).
The Bees now have a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Wheatland-Chili for a Genesee challenge on Thursday, September 22.
