The Myrtle Beach Seahawks walloped the visiting Marion Swamp Foxes football team by a final score of 59-20 in Thursday's non-league outing.

With the win, Myrtle Beach improves its record to 4-1 on the season. The Seahawks travel to West Florence (Florence, SC) to confront the Knights in a AAAA Region 6 outing on Friday, September 29. The Knights go into the outing with a record of 3-2. West Florence lost 49-0 in their recent non-league outing against James F. Byrnes (Duncan, SC)

With the loss, Marion moves to 5-1 on the season. The Swamp foxes host Andrews (Andrews, SC) to confront the Yellowjackets in a AA Region 8 outing on Friday, September 29.
