The Princeton Tigers soccer team (Princeton, IN), was nipped 2-1 in Thursday's league outing with the visiting Washington Hatchets (Washington, IN)

With the win, Washington advances its record to 7-5 on the campaign. The Hatchets host Mt. Vernon (Mt. Vernon, IN) to play the Wildcats in a Pocket outing on Saturday, September 23. The Wildcats go into the outing with a record of 5-5. Mt. Vernon lost 4-0 in their recent non-league outing against Evansville Central (Evansville, IN)

In their next game, the Tigers play the Tell City Marksmen (Tell City, IN) in a Pocket outing, on Saturday, September 23. Princeton will attempt to advance on its 6-7 season record. The Marksmen go into the outing with a 0-8 record after their 7-1 league loss to Heritage Hills (Lincoln City, IN).
