Washington High School Volleyball - Medical Lake tips Chewelah
September 21, 2023: Chewelah, WA 99109 The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Medical Lake Cardinals (Medical Lake, WA) and the host Chewelah Cougars (Chewelah, WA), saw Medical Lake's volleyball squad nip Chewelah by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Medical Lake upgrades its record to 5-1 on the year. The Cardinals travel to North Central (Spokane, WA) to play the Wolfpack in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 23. The Wolfpack go into the bout with a record of 0-5. North Central lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Cheney (Cheney, WA)
The Cougars now own a 4-2 record. They play next when they host Davenport for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 26. Chewelah will play a Gorillas squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Kettle Falls (Kettle Falls, WA). The Gorillas record now stands at 2-2.
