The Vashon Island Pirates held off the visiting Eatonville Cruisers volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Pirates now have a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chimacum for a non-league test on Monday, September 25. Vashon Island will confront a Cowboys team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Klahowya (Silverdale, WA). The Cowboys record now stands at 2-4.

The Cruisers (0-6) will now prepare for their test against Montesano (Montesano, WA). The Bulldogs enter the non-league test with a 5-4 record.
