Missouri High School Soccer - Mehlville knocks off Central
September 21, 2023: Cape Girardeau, MO 63703 Mehlville Panthers (St. Louis, MO) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Central Tigers (Cape Girardeau, MO), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Panthers confront the O'Fallon Panthers (O'Fallon, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 26. Mehlville will attempt to better on its 3-9 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 9-3 record after their 2-1 league win over Belleville East (Belleville, IL).
The Tigers now have a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Anna-Jonesboro for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 23. Central will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 5-1 non-league loss to Notre Dame (Cape Girardeau, MO). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-1.
