West Virginia High School Volleyball - Bluefield Independence
September 21, 2023: Coal City, WV 25823 The Independence Patriots topped the visiting Bluefield Beavers volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Patriots now have a 13-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host WestSide for a Coalfield AA test on Thursday, September 21. Independence will confront a Renegades team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Liberty (Glen Daniel, WV). The Renegades record now stands at 0-10.
The Beavers (2-14) will now prepare for their test against WestSide (Clear Fork, WV). The Renegades enter the non-league test with a 0-10 record. In their last test, WestSide dropped by Liberty (Glen Daniel, WV), 2-0, in a league test.
