South Dakota High School Volleyball - Jefferson over Brandon Valley
September 21, 2023: Brandon, SD 57005 Jefferson Cavaliers (Sioux Falls, SD) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Brandon Valley Lynx (Brandon, SD), 3-0 in a league match.
Next up, the Cavaliers battle the Yankton Bucks/Gazelles (Yankton, SD) in a AA District 1 match, on Tuesday, September 26. Jefferson will attempt to advance on its 9-0 season record. The Bucks/Gazelles come into the match with a 3-10 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Aberdeen Central (Aberdeen, SD).
With the loss, Brandon Valley drops to 4-8 on the campaign. The Lynx host Harrisburg (Harrisburg, SD) to battle the Tigers in a AA District 1 match on Saturday, September 23. The Tigers come into the match with a record of 12-0. Harrisburg won 3-0 in their recent league match against Lincoln (Sioux Falls, SD)
