California High School Volleyball - Oak Grove can't hold off Lincoln
September 21, 2023: San Jose, CA 95123 In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting Lincoln Lions volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Oak Grove Eagles.
The Lions (7-10) will now prepare for their battle against Yerba Buena (San Jose, CA). The Aztec Warriors come into the BVAL - Santa Teresa West battle with a 4-10 record. In their last battle, Yerba Buena was edged by Silver Creek (San Jose, CA), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Eagles encounter the Gunderson Grizzlies (San Jose, CA) in a BVAL - West Valley battle, on Wednesday, September 27. Oak Grove will attempt to advance on its 3-5 season record. The Grizzlies come into the battle with a 1-5 record after their 3-2 league loss to San Jose (San Jose, CA).
