September 21, 2023: Eatonton, GA 31024 The Putnam County War Eagles volleyball team (Eatonton, GA), was dropped 2-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the visiting Stephens County Indians (Toccoa, GA)
The Indians (14-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Rabun County (Tiger, GA). The Wildcats enter the non-league challenge with a 11-16 record. In their last challenge, Rabun County defeated Athens Christian (Athens, GA), 2-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the War Eagles meet the Richmond County Technical Career Magnet Tigers (Augusta, GA) in a 2A Area 4 challenge, on Tuesday, September 26. Putnam County will attempt to move on its 9-10 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 12-5 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Johnson (Augusta, GA).
