September 21, 2024: Burbank, IL 60459 The St. Laurence Vikings football squad scored 43 points and limited the visiting Lemont Lemont HS to 6 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Vikings now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Glenbard East for a non-league test on Saturday, September 28. St. Laurence will meet a Rams squad coming off a 34-22 non-league win over Plainfield North (Plainfield, IL). The Rams record now stands at 2-1.
With the defeat, Lemont drops to 2-2 on the campaign. The Lemont hs host Shepard (Palos Heights, IL) to meet the Astros in a non-league test on Thursday, September 26. The Astros come into the test with a record of 2-2. Shepard won 30-0 in their recent non-league test against Argo (Summit, IL)
