California High School Flag Football - Westlake holds off El Toro
September 21, 2024: Westlake Village, CA 91362 The Westlake Warriors (Westlake Village, CA) flag football tipped the visiting El Toro Chargers (Lake Forest, CA), 26-24 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Warriors now sport a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mission Viejo for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 21. Westlake will clash with a Diablos squad coming off a 14-12 league win over El Toro (Lake Forest, CA). The Diablos record now stands at 3-7.
With the defeat, El Toro drops to 5-10 on the campaign. The Chargers host Esperanza (Anaheim, CA) to clash with the Aztecs in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 21. The Aztecs come into the outing with a record of 8-6. Esperanza won 35-19 in their recent league outing against Foothill (Santa Ana, CA)
