September 21, 2024: Walton, KY 41094 Cooper Jaguars (Union, KY) followers went home pleased Saturday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Walton-Verona Bearcats (Walton, KY), 61-0 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Cooper advances its record to 4-1 on the season. The Jaguars host Highlands (Fort Thomas, KY) to encounter the Bluebirds in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 28. The Bluebirds go into the battle with a record of 3-0.
The Bearcats now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Beechwood for a non-league battle on Saturday, October 5.
