September 21, 2024: San Ramon, CA 94583 Rocklin Thunder (Rocklin, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host California Grizzlies (San Ramon, CA), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Rocklin improves its record to 9-4 on the season. The Thunder travel to Whitney (Rocklin, CA) to face the Wildcats in a non-league test on Saturday, September 21. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 5-6. Whitney lost 2-0 in their recent league test against St. Francis (Sacramento, CA)
The Grizzlies now own a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Monte Vista for a contest on Tuesday, September 24. California will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 2-1 league win over Granada (Livermore, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-2.
