September 21, 2024: San Francisco, CA 94109 St. Francis Troubadours (Sacramento, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory Fightin' Irish (San Francisco, CA), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, St. Francis improves its record to 16-1 on the season. The Troubadours travel to Saint Francis (Mountain View, CA) to face the Lancers in a non-league test on Saturday, September 21. The Lancers go into the test with a record of 3-0. Saint Francis won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Burlingame (Burlingame, CA)
The Fightin' Irish now own a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Archbishop Riordan for a test on Tuesday, September 24. Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory will face a Crusaders squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Los Altos (Los Altos, CA). The Crusaders record now stands at 5-0.
