September 21, 2024: West Grove, PA 19390 Avon Grove Red Devils (West Grove, PA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Strath Haven Panthers (Wallingford, PA), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Avon Grove moves its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The Red Devils travel to Downingtown West (Downingtown, PA) to clash with the Whippets in a Ches-Mont - National test on Monday, September 23. The Whippets come into the test with a record of 4-5. Downingtown West lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Conestoga (Berwyn, PA)
The Panthers now sport a 0-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Springfield for a Central test on Tuesday, September 24. Strath Haven will clash with a Cougars team coming off a 5-1 non-league win over Archbishop Carroll (Radnor, PA). The Cougars record now stands at 8-2.
