New Jersey High School Soccer - Ridgewood nudges Bergen Tech
September 21, 2024: Ridgewood, NJ 07450 The Ridgewood Maroons soccer squad scored 3 points and held the visiting Bergen Tech Knights to 2 in the Maroons league victory on Saturday.
The Maroons now hold a 6-0 record. They play next when they host Paramus for a non-league bout on Monday, September 23. Ridgewood will play a Spartans squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Northern Highlands (Allendale, NJ). The Spartans record now stands at 4-1.
With the loss, Bergen Tech moves to 2-4 on the year. The Knights travel to Passaic (Passaic, NJ) to play the Indians in a North Jersey Tri-County B bout on Monday, September 23. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 3-1. Passaic lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against DePaul Catholic (Wayne, NJ)
