September 21, 2024: Edina, MN 55439 Washburn Millers (Minneapolis, MN) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Edina Hornets (Edina, MN), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Washburn moves its record to 7-0 on the campaign. The Millers host Edison (Minneapolis, MN) to meet the Tommies in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 24. The Tommies come into the test with a record of 4-2.
The Hornets now sport a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hopkins for a non-league test on Thursday, September 26.
