Michigan High School Soccer - Seaholm/Groves knocks off Fenton
September 21, 2024: Birmingham, MI The Seaholm/Groves Maples soccer squad scored 5 points and held the visiting Fenton Tigers to 0 in the Maples non-league victory on Saturday.
The Maples now hold a 5-3 record. They play next when they host West Bloomfield for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 24. Seaholm/Groves will encounter a Lakers squad coming off a 4-2 non-league win over Berkley (Berkley, MI). The Lakers record now stands at 7-4.
With the loss, Fenton moves to 4-8 on the year. The Tigers travel to Kearsley (Flint, MI) to encounter the Hornets in a Flint Metro bout on Monday, September 23. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 6-2. Kearsley lost 2-1 in their recent league bout against Holly (Holly, MI)
