Virginia High School Volleyball - Appomattox County tips Parry McCluer

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Appomattox County Raiders volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Parry McCluer Fighting Blues.

The Raiders (8-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Glass (Lynchburg, VA). The Hilltoppers enter the non-league challenge with a 6-1 record. In their last challenge, Glass was tipped by Jefferson Forest (Forest, VA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Fighting Blues meet the Alleghany Cougars (Covington, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 21. Parry McCluer will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record.
