September 21, 2024: Owingsville, KY 40360 Burgin Bulldogs (Burgin, KY) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Bath County Wildcats (Owingsville, KY), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Burgin advances its record to 1-8 on the season. The Bulldogs host Trinity Christian Academy (Lexington, KY) to face the Titans in a Kentucky Christian test on Monday, September 23. The Titans go into the test with a record of 5-2. Trinity Christian Academy won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Woodford County (Versailles, KY)
The Wildcats now sport a 3-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Morgan County for a non-league test on Saturday, September 21. Bath County will face a Cougars squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Jackson City (Jackson, KY). The Cougars record now stands at 3-9.
