September 21, 2024: Hull, IA 51239 Boyden-Hull Comets (Hull, IA) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Ridge View Raptors (Holstein, IA), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Boyden-Hull improves its record to 7-7 on the season. The Comets travel to MOC-Floyd Valley (Orange City, IA) to face the Dutchmen in a test on Saturday, September 21. The Dutchmen go into the test with a record of 6-7. MOC-Floyd Valley won 3-0 in their recent league test against Sibley-Ocheyedan (Sibley, IA)
The Raptors now own a 7-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sioux City East for a non-league test on Saturday, September 21. Ridge View will face a Black Raiders squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Sergeant Bluff-Luton (Sergeant Bluff, IA). The Black Raiders record now stands at 4-5.
