In Saturday's non-league match, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish (Chattanooga, TN) volleyball squad tipped the visiting Mount Vernon Mustangs (Atlanta, GA), by a count of 2-1.

Next up, the Fighting Irish battle the Rhea County Golden Eagles (Evensville, TN) in a non-league match, on Monday, September 23. Notre Dame will attempt to move on its 13-14 season record. The Golden Eagles enter the match with a 11-16 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Dalton (Dalton, GA).
