September 21, 2024: Florence, AL 35634 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Rogers Pirates (Florence, AL) and the visiting Waterloo Cougars (Waterloo, AL), observed Rogers's volleyball team top Waterloo by a count of 2-0.
The Pirates (4-13) will now prepare for their contest against Deshler (Tuscumbia, AL). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 27-5 record. In their last contest, Deshler notched a victory over Brooks (Killen, AL), 3-0, in a league contest.
Next, the Cougars battle the Loretto Mustangs (Loretto, TN) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 21. Waterloo will attempt to move on its 5-12 season record. The Mustangs enter the contest with a 30-2 record after their 3-0 league win over Mt. Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, TN).
