North Reading Hornets (North Reading, MA) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Triton Regional Vikings (Byfield, MA), 6-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Hornets face the Hamilton-Wenham Regional Generals (South Hamilton, MA) in a Cape Ann challenge, on Thursday, September 30. North Reading will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record.

The Vikings now have a 0-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Georgetown for a Cape Ann challenge on Friday, September 24. Triton Regional will face a Royals team coming off a 1-0 league loss to Hamilton-Wenham Regional (South Hamilton, MA). The Royals record now stands at 1-5.
