September 22, 2022: Whittier, CA 90604 The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the California Condors (Whittier, CA) and the visiting Santa Fe Chiefs (Santa Fe Springs, CA), saw California's volleyball squad beat Santa Fe by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, California upgrades its record to 8-3 on the year. The Condors host El Rancho (Pico Rivera, CA) to play the Dons in a Del Rio bout on Tuesday, September 27. The Dons go into the bout with a record of 7-14. El Rancho lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against La Serna (Whittier, CA)
The Chiefs now own a 15-11 record. They play next when they host San Gabriel for a non-league bout on Monday, September 26. Santa Fe will play a Matadors squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Alhambra (Alhambra, CA). The Matadors record now stands at 12-7.
