The Ascension Episcopal football team (Lafayette, LA), was ripped 51-16 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Breaux Bridge Tigers (Breaux Bridge, LA)

The Tigers (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Teurlings Catholic (Lafayette, LA). The Rebels come into the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Teurlings Catholic trounced Notre Dame (Crowley, LA), 34-14, in a non-league challenge.

The now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to West St. John for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 29. Ascension Episcopal will meet a Rams team coming off a 44-6 non-league win over Thrive Academy (Baton Rouge, LA). The Rams record now stands at 1-3.
