Nevada High School Volleyball - Lone Pine tips Tonopah
September 22, 2023: Tonopah, NV 89049 The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Lone Pine Golden Eagles (Lone Pine, CA) and the host Tonopah Muckers (Tonopah, NV), saw Lone Pine's volleyball squad nip Tonopah by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Lone Pine upgrades its record to 1-1 on the year.
The Muckers now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Beatty for a non-league bout on Friday, September 29. Tonopah will play a Hornets squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Sandy Valley (Sandy Valley, NV). The Hornets record now stands at 2-4.
