Georgia High School Softball - Grayson bounces Jones County
September 22, 2023: Loganville, GA 30052 Grayson Rams (Loganville, GA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Jones County Greyhounds (Gray, GA), 9-4 in a non-league challenge.
The Rams now own a 19-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Alcovy for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 23. Grayson will face a Tigers squad coming off a 7-0 league win over Mundy's Mill (Jonesboro, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 14-8.
With the loss, Jones County falls to 8-10 on the campaign. The Greyhounds travel to Irwin County (Ocilla, GA) to face the Indians in a non-league challenge on Friday, September 22. The Indians enter the challenge with a record of 7-6. Irwin County lost 9-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Cook (Adel, GA)
