The Bellflower Buccaneers were victorious over the visiting La Mirada Matadores flag football team by a score of 35-6 in Monday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Buccaneers face the Dominguez Dons (Compton, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 24. Bellflower will attempt to improve on its 11-4 season record. The Dons enter the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 20-0 league loss to Warren (Downey, CA).

The Matadores (2-11) will now prepare for their test against Norwalk (Norwalk, CA). The Lancers come into the non-league test with a 10-5 record.
