Massachusetts High School Soccer - St. Mary's nudged by Malden Catholic
September 22, 2025: Lynn, MA 01902 Malden Catholic Lancers (Malden, MA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the host St. Mary's Spartans (Lynn, MA), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Malden Catholic improves its record to 1-5 on the year. The Lancers host Greater Lawrence Tech (Andover, MA) to play the Reggies in a non-league bout on Friday, September 26. The Reggies go into the bout with a record of 3-6.
With the loss, St. Mary's moves to 5-2 on the year. The Spartans travel to Bishop Fenwick (Peabody, MA) to clash with the Crusaders in a Catholic Central - Large game on Wednesday, September 24. The Crusaders come into the game with a record of 3-1. Bishop Fenwick lost 1-0 in their recent league game against Cardinal Spellman (Brockton, MA)
