September 22, 2025: Columbia, TN 38401 Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Zion Christian Academy Eagles (Columbia, TN) and the visiting Lighthouse Christian Lions (Antioch, TN), saw Zion Christian Academy's volleyball squad notch a victory over Lighthouse Christian by a score of 3-0.
With the win, Zion Christian Academy improves its record to 6-10 on the season. The Eagles host Middle Tennessee Christian (Murfreesboro, TN) to encounter the Cougars in a D-II A District 3 battle on Tuesday, September 23. The Cougars go into the battle with a record of 22-2. Middle Tennessee Christian won 3-0 in their recent non-league battle against Riverdale (Murfreesboro, TN)
The Lions now own a 0-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lancaster Christian Academy for a battle on Thursday, September 25. Lighthouse Christian will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Franklin Road Christian (Murfreesboro, TN). The Knights record now stands at 9-9.
