The Tanque Verde Hawks volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Sahuarita Mustangs to 1 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Monday.

The Hawks now have a 12-10 record. They play next when they travel to Catalina for a 3A - South outing on Tuesday, September 23. Tanque Verde will play a Trojans team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to San Tan Foothills (Queen Creek, AZ). The Trojans record now stands at 0-6.
