September 23, 2022: Amarillo, TX 79102 Tascosa Rebels (Amarillo, TX) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team rout the visiting Amarillo Sandies (Amarillo, TX), 45-10 in a league test.
With the triumph, Tascosa improves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Rebels host Abilene (Abilene, TX) to confront the Eagles in a 5A-1 Region I District 2 test on Friday, September 30. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 2-3. Abilene won 37-7 in their recent league test against Monterey (Lubbock, TX)
With the loss, Amarillo drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Sandies travel to Caprock (Amarillo, TX) to confront the Longhorns in a 5A-1 Region I District 2 test on Thursday, September 29. The Longhorns come into the test with a record of 4-1. Caprock won 40-24 in their recent league test against Coronado (Lubbock, TX)
