With the win, Sardis upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Lions travel to Douglas (Douglas, AL) to confront the Eagles in a 5A Region 7 outing on Friday, September 30. The Eagles go into the outing with a record of 3-2. Douglas won 49-21 in their recent non-league outing against West Point (Cullman, AL)

With the loss, Brewer moves to 3-3 on the season. The Patriots travel to Russellville (Russellville, AL) to confront the Golden Tigers in a 5A Region 8 outing on Friday, September 30.
