September 23, 2022: Ashburn, VA 20148 In Friday's non-league game, the Brunswick Railroaders (Brunswick, MD) football team knocked off the host Rock Ridge Phoenix (Ashburn, VA), by a final score of 61-34.
The Railroaders (3-1) will now prepare for their game against Clear Spring (Clear Spring, MD). The Blazers come into the non-league game with a 0-4 record. In their last game, Clear Spring was dropped by Williamsport (Williamsport, MD), 30-6, in a league game.
The Phoenix now hold a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dominion for a Dulles game on Friday, September 30. Rock Ridge will battle a Titans team coming off a 54-0 non-league loss to Independence (Ashburn, VA). The Titans record now stands at 0-5.
