The Granite Falls Tigers football team (Granite Falls, WA), was ripped 63-7 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Cascade Kodiaks (Leavenworth, WA)

The Kodiaks (4-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Quincy (Quincy, WA). The Jackrabbits come into the 1A Caribou Trail challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Quincy trounced Brewster (Brewster, WA), 33-6, in a non-league challenge.

The Tigers now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sultan for a 1A Emerald Sound challenge on Friday, September 30. Granite Falls will meet a Turks team coming off a 28-21 non-league win over Sammamish (Bellevue, WA). The Turks record now stands at 2-2.
