The Fairfield Knights football team (Fairfield, PA), was ripped 56-19 in Friday's league challenge with the host Hanover Nighthawks (Hanover, PA)

The Nighthawks (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Bermudian Springs (York Springs, PA). The Eagles come into the York-Adams 3 challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Bermudian Springs trounced Biglerville (Biglerville, PA), 28-7, in a league challenge.

The Knights now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Littlestown for a York-Adams 3 challenge on Friday, September 30. Fairfield will meet a Thunderbolts team coming off a 27-21 league loss to Delone Catholic (McSherrystown, PA). The Thunderbolts record now stands at 1-4.
