September 23, 2022: Dyer, TN 38330 The Gibson County Pioneers football team (Dyer, TN), was ripped 62-7 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Lake County Falcons (Tiptonville, TN)
The Falcons (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against West Carroll (Atwood, TN). The War Eagles come into the 1A Region 7 challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, West Carroll was ripped by McKenzie (McKenzie, TN), 51-0, in a non-league challenge.
The Pioneers now sport a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Huntingdon for a 2A Region 7 challenge on Friday, September 30. Gibson County will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 42-21 non-league win over Milan (Milan, TN). The Mustangs record now stands at 5-1.
